Pu'er Shupu is like a springtime sun to your body: it warms up even the coldest day, and brings you a mellow, round, intense flavour, with a gentle and soft aftertaste, and a full bodied and natural aroma. It smells of steamed rice and the leaves, after being infused, are shiny and soft.
We prepare our pu’er shupu few kilometers away from the place where the shupu has been originally created, by the best Menghai artisans. We may say that Pu'er Shupu is a Pu'er Shengpu that aged very quickly, and thus it reaches a high degree of fermentation with all the attached benefits. In only two months of further processing, called "post-fermentation", thanks to the care of a Shupu master and the natural intervention of the Menghai area natural yeasts, this wild forest treasure reaches its typical ripeness.
