This fine tea from Sichuan is composed of delicate emerald leaves, gently curled like sea snails, quietly disclosing their seclusion in the warmth of the teacup. Each infusion releases a different hue of flavour, ranging from fresh notes of mint, to mellow hints of butter. 

The peculiar terroir of Sichuan province gives this tea a stronger and long-lasting aroma, that fills the palate with a refreshing and complex aftertaste. However, the curled shape allows the leaves to release this fragrance only slowly through the succession of infusions, making each brew new and unique.
The liquor is clear and transparent, and emanates a sweet smell of cooked vegetables, and a fresh balsamic aroma, that gets sweeter and sweeter at each sip. The body is extremely mellow and has a gentle note of cream, and homemade bread. 
The great complexity and freshness of this tea makes it a perfect choice to enjoy the warmth of the autumn sunshine rays.

Infusion Parameters

Eastern Brewing

Quantity: 1 gr. of tea every 30 ml of water
Brewing time: Begin with a 30-second brew. Increase with each successive brew as needed. 
Water temperature: 75° C
Number of brews: 4-5

Western Brewing

Quantity: 1 gr. of tea every 100 ml of water
Brewing time: 2:30 minutes
Water temperature: 75° C

Cold Brew

Quantity: 1 gr. of tea every 100 ml of water
Brewing: put the tea leaves in room temperature water and steep for 6-7 hours. Filter the liquor and drink within 24 hours.
