This unique tea is a precious and extremely rare gem, whose buds are only picked once per year. Its peculiar shape resembles the crimson beak of the beautiful Red-billed blue magpie, a corvid endemic to China, from which it takes its name. Just like the beak of this majestic bird, Ziquezui tea leaves have a beautiful purple-red shade, typical of its cultivar: Ziya wild trees. These ancient tea tree leaves are rich in anthocyanins, natural pigments that give a unique purple hue, and a light muscat flavor. 

However, the processing phases that originate this tea - withering and drying - make it a white tea, with a delicate and mellow aroma, perfect for aging. After the first brew, the small buds open in the water and dance like a bird in the air, disclosing their refreshing and spicy aroma. The liquor shines of precious shades that vary from gold to emerald, and releases a pure sweetness, accompanied by a long-lasting floral aftertaste.

Quantity: 
1 gr. of tea every 30 ml of water
Brewing time: Begin with a 30-40 seconds brew. Increase with each successive brew as needed. 
Water temperature: 85° C
Number of brews: 10

WESTERN BREWING
Quantity: 1 gr. of tea every 100 ml of water
Brewing time: 3-4 minutes
Water temperature: 85° C

COLD BREW
Quantity: 1 gr. of tea every 100 ml of water
Brewing: put the tea leaves in room temperature water and steep for 6-7 hours. Filter the liquor and drink within 24 hours
