Shipment and Policies


For all European countries we ship from our distributor located in Italy, called Tilia srl, while Asian, American and all the extra-European countries we use our logistic center in Beijing, China.

For European countries the shipping time varies between 3 and 10 days, and for the client there is no extra-EU custom clearance procedure.

For the Extra Eu countries we use the following shipping methods:

– International, worldwide: it arrives in about 2-3 weeks (1-2 weeks for Hong Kong and North-East Asia). We ship using EMS. In rare cases the package may be stopped for a while for a custom check, and in this case we will try to give you all the needed support.
– Chinese Domestic: in Beijing is shipped and received in 1-2 days, 2 to 5 days all around China.

Pricing and duties

The prices are express in EUR or USD, depending on the location of the user. All the prices are inclusive of VAT taxation, where applicable.
Shipment from China are directly managed by Eastern Leaves Ltd., shipments from Italy are managed by Tilia Srl, a company owned by Eastern Leaves.
Custom duties, where applicable, are not included: please be aware of your country rules about the foreign goods purchased. Eastern Leaves and Tilia Srl are not not responsible on this side, but we do our best to support you.

Eastern Leaves’s Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied we will honor the exchange or return of your purchase.
We guarantee the product will arrive securely as well as beautifully packed. While very rare, breakage in shipping can happen. In the unlikely event of breakage please contact us and it will be replaced it at no additional charge. Please email to arrange for a replacement or return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your credit card or bank account. Please contact us at to check the status of your refund.
