We ship orders every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you have a specific request, simply add a note during checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Carriers & Pickup Options

Orders to Italy: shipped via BRT. You can choose a BRT pickup point.

Orders to Europe & USA: shipped via DHL Express or UPS. You can select a UPS Access Point (Europe) or a DHL Service Point (USA).

Orders to Asia: shipped via EMS. For more details, see www.easternleaves.asia.

Pricing and Duties

All prices are displayed in EUR or USD based on your location, and include VAT where applicable.

Customs duties for orders outside the EU are the customer's responsibility. If you need assistance, contact info@easternleaves.com.

All shipments from Italy or China are managed directly by Eastern Leaves Ltd.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Refunds are issued within 14 business days.

Standard shipping costs will be refunded. Premium shipping services selected at checkout are non-refundable.
