2021 Ancient Trees Yueguangbai, Stone-pressed cake
At each new harvest, what surprises us the most about our Yueguangbai white tea is its fruity freshness, that we love to taste in multiple warm infusions, or in a refreshing cold brew.
Harvest 2021 is even more captivating: the gentle hues of apricots and yellow flowers that characterize this tea, still waiting to grow and unveil their full vigor in years to come, demonstrate the great complexity of our Ancient Tea Trees, enhanced by a perfectly standard harvest.
In order to preserve our leaves in the best possible way, and to let them mature through multiple decades, we gently pressed them by stone. You can decide to enjoy their honey hues immediately, or slowly discover their journey of growth by storing these leaves and tasting their evolution as time passes by.

Origin: Southwest Yunnan, Lunan Mountain
Flush: April 20th 2021
Storage: the leaves can be stored in their original package or in ceramic vases. Avoid heat, light, and moisture.
Infusion Parameters
EASTERN BREWING
Quantity: 1 gr. of tea every 30 ml of water
Rinse: before starting the infusion, rinse the leaves with a very fast washing in order to let them rehydrate and release a more intense brew. Gently cover the leaves with warm water and pour it after a few seconds.
Brewing time: Begin with a 40-second brew. Increase with each successive brew as needed.
Water temperature: 85-90°C
Number of brews: 10
WESTERN BREWING
Quantity: 1 gr. of tea every 100 ml of water
Brewing time: 4 minutes
Water temperature: 85-90°C
COLD BREW
Quantity: 1 gr. of tea every 100 ml of water
Brewing: put the tea leaves in room temperature water and steep for 7-8 hours. Filter the liquor and drink within 24 hours.

For all European countries and America we ship through our distributor located in Italy, Europe, while for Asia, Oceania and African countries we use our logistic center located in China (link).
For European countries there is no custom-clearance procedure; for all the other shipments we accompany the package with all the necessary papers to ensure the fastest process possible.

Other countries
Within the European Union the shipping time is between 1-5 days, while for Extra-UE shipment the delivery time varies between 5 and 12 days. Orders are shipped on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: for special requests, please add a note to your order, we will endeavor to fulfill them.
In Italy we ship through BRT. In Europe and US we ship through DHL Express courier or UPS; For shipments in Italy, you can select a BRT point where to collect your package, for shipments Europe you can choose a UPS point, and for the US you can choose a DHL service point. In Asia we use EMS.

We guarantee the product will arrive securely as well as beautifully packed. While very rare, breakage in shipping can happen. Our tea production
This tea comes from the tea forest we own in Yunnan, in Nannuo and Lunan/Pasha mountain.
We take care of each leg of the production: from the care of the under-forest until package and distribution.
Generations of masters
Our production is entirely supervised by Yan Kunli, that was born and raised on Nannuo mountain, and in 2007 won the Pu'er Shengpu producer competition for the highest Shaqing skills, among all the Hani minority in Yunnan.
He is the master in his craft, and we are proud to have him with us.
