Second season

Eastern Tea Club

Explore and learn through our selection of rarities

Our tea club unites our Tea Academy and our Tea Tours: it takes you to tea forests and gardens, exploring a single terroir through the eyes of local farmers and experts.

Every year our tea club is divided in four chapters, one for every season of the year. Each chapter is shipped quarterly.

It is designed with the imagination of a traveler on the mountain, and village after village you make your way tasting and evaluating teas following the famous routes.

The second season is going to follow roads that will bring us in the most important terroir of China, designing new narratives of flavors and pairing leaves with fragrances, exploring together the world of tea.

A mountain experience at your tea table

In each chapter of our tea club we follow our mission: bring you with us in a multi-layered exploration, whether you are a passionate drinker, a traveller, or a tea professional.

Each shipment includes:

  • 7-10 tea samples of about 8 - 10gr. each,
  • incense and fragrances paired with tea,
  • free worldwide shipment,
  • an online webinar with Vivian Zhang to share knowledge and impressions,
  • a web page with information and graphics about the area and teas,
  • access to a private community reserved to club members to share facts and tasting notes.

Each chapter can be purchased as a single product (until quantities last), or as a multi-chapter subscription. Annual subscribers will enjoy a 10% discount for purchases on all products on our website with each subsequent shipment.

Season two, chapter three

Secondo capitolo: Yiwu

The third chapter of the second season of our Tea Club opens with the layered fragrances of Wulong tea, where oxidation meets fire to create infinite shades of aroma. We begin from our home in Yunnan, where tea grows among forests and clouds, exploring three unique expressions of this land: the honeyed Oriental Beauty from Ninger, the floral Tieguanyin from Tengchong, and the smooth, mineral Yunnan Wulong from Lincang.

From here, the journey continues to Fujian, where we focus on the legendary Rougui cultivar — tasting five different teas from the Wuyishan area, from the highest cliffs of the core park to its riverbanks and outer mountains. This rare comparison reveals how soil, altitude, and exposure transform the same variety into distinct and fascinating personalities.

Participants will receive eight exceptional Wulong teas that tell a story of terroir and transformation, from Yunnan’s wild forests to Fujian’s rocky sanctuaries. Additionally, the experience includes three natural incense sticks of Osmanthus 桂花, whose gentle sweetness harmonises with the intricate aromas of Wulong tea, enriching the exploration through scent and taste.

Archive: past season

The first year of our Tea Club was dedicated to Sheng Pu'er tea: we enjoyed to rediscover the land we live daily, and the warm participation we felt from the members of the first edition moved us to keep working and sharing.
