September 29th, 10:30 am @Terroir, Milan
Years ago, while walking through Milan, we noticed a shop with a large window; it was completely empty, except for a tiny piece of wood with a pile of books about tea, coffee and food, and for a young guy seating on the bare floor. The sign was a forest drawing with a bold white text that said: Terroir. We knocked on the door.
In Terroir Milano they believe with passion in “the ability of places in absorbing thoughts and traditions of human beings”, and you can see it, and taste it, in each product they have. We are honored to have the chance to talk about our own terroir, and especially to share ideas in this charming and inspiring place.
